I’m not normally one who gets obsessed with television commercials, ’cos let’s be honest – there really are better things to be hooked on. But I just can’t get enough of Bonds latest trail of campaigns.
First there was the Kaleidoscope version (with enough hair flicks to make you dizzy), then Mash hit the screens (which made us all want to jump up and body-roll in the lounge room) and now there’s the Hi-Low version. For those of you living in the stone age – check out www.bonds.com.au, pronto. You’re really missing out.
So you can imagine my excitement when I got an invite to the Bonds event to celebrate its new ambassador Michael Clarke joining the ranks. Would he do the Bonds dance, I wondered?
He didn’t… but the models did.
Note to any others addicted to Bonds campaigns (I like to refer to this obsession as ABC), check out the ‘real person’ versions on YouTube. Someone had a little too much spare time I think…
